CPIM Kerala State Committe collects 50 Lakh for the welfare of Mussafarnagar Communal Riots victims


On the Call of the CPIM Kerala State committe, the party units across the state have collected a sum of Rs.54,30,933 to help those people displaced and affected by the communal violence in Mussafarnagar, UP in the last month. Around 50 people lost their life and around half a lakh people are still in makeshift camps The communal violence was perpetrated by sangh parivar organisations with a view of communal polarization before the lok sabha elections.  The units collected the amount through bucket collection. The amount will be handed over to the CPIM central committee, which will do the needful to the victims.
