SFI Tamil Nadu State Conference from August 13

Students Federation of India, Tamil Nadu State committee will be holding its 22nd state conference from August 13 to 15th at Nagarcoil. Martyrs torch has been lit up from the martyrs column of Somu-Sempu in Madurai on Tuesday by Freedom fighter I Mayandibharathi.Leaders of the organisation has said it will take up the issue of commercialisation of Education and the introduction of foreign universities in India at the conference and will chalk out future action to fight against these measures taken by the anti-people government both at the centre and in the state. Various competitions for students are been conducted across the state by various district committees as part of the state conference. Hectic campaign is going on across the state. On the concluding day a student rally of 1 lakh participation will be held in Nagercoil.
