DYFI Rally in Chennai For Peoples Cause

DYFI TamilNadu state committee organized a rally in the state capital Chennai demanding rollback of various anti-peoples measures taken by both the State and Central governments. The rally also demanded immediate filling of various state and central government vacancies. The other demands included extension of National Rural employment guarantee scheme to urban areas too. The protesters demanded immediate withdrawal of policies for selling shares of public sector institutions. There are around 63 lakh unemployed youth who have registered with the employment exchanges across Tamil Nadu.
